BEHAVIOR AND TRAINING ORIENTATION

This orientation class is for people only and is required prior to registering for Puppy Prep, Surviving Adolescence, or Beginning Family Manners. The class covers a brief introduction on how dog's learn, the training methods used, tips on managing common behavior problems, and preparation for training classes. This class will give participants an opportunity to visit the training facility, ask questions prior to beginning classes, and register for class. To complete the registration process, a copy of your dog's vaccination records is required.

Start your pup out on the right paw by safely exposing him or her to the challenges of living in a messy human world. In weekly themed activities, our innovative curriculum integrates obedience exercises such as sit, down, and come when called into real-life situations like dinnertime or being in public. Plus, your puppy will get a crash course in socialization, with friendly exposure to other puppies, people, sounds, and activities.
The Dogs' Spot follows the follows the recommendations of the American Veterinary Society for Animal Behavior.
